1. What we provide

Colors Hunter offers tools for discovering, creating, testing, and exporting color palettes, gradients, and related resources. Features include palette browsing, gradient makers, converters, brand color references, and image-to-palette extraction.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service (for example: scraping at scale, interfering with servers, or attempting to bypass security).
• Do not upload or share content you do not have rights to, or that is illegal, harmful, or infringing.
• Do not use the site to build competing datasets or services without our permission.
• Keep any login credentials secure if you create an account; you are responsible for activity under your access.

3. Ownership and licenses

Colors Hunter, its content, and its code are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the site for personal or commercial design projects, but you may not claim ownership of the platform or its datasets.

If you upload or create palettes, gradients, or images, you retain your rights but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and improve the service with that content.

4. Brand and color references

Color values for Pantone, RAL, NCS, and other systems are approximations for inspiration and exploration. Colors Hunter is not affiliated with these brands, and values should be verified with official guides before production use.

5. Accuracy, availability, and disclaimers

• We work to keep the service accurate and available, but colors may appear differently across displays and contexts.
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We may modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Analytics, cookies, and ads

We use analytics (including our own endpoint, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity) and Google AdSense to run and improve the site. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is collected and how to control your preferences.

7. Termination

We may suspend or end access for behavior that violates these terms, harms the service, or is unlawful. You may stop using the site at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colors Hunter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for using the service.
